Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for a Director of Finance and Administration, offering the flexibility of remote work blended with on-site responsibilities. The role includes overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial controls, and spearheading financial reporting. The Director will ensure compliance with financial regulations while supporting key strategic and operational decisions of the organization. Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be a critical aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Statements management
• In-depth knowledge of Finance concepts and expertise in Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
• Familiarity with compliance, budgeting, and forecasting practices
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications are a plus
• Experience in IT or government contracting sectors is an advantage
