Role Description
The Director of Digital Transformation is responsible for leading the organization's digital transformation initiatives, driving the adoption of digital technologies, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, innovation, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the organization's digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals
- Leading cross-functional teams to implement digital initiatives and technology solutions
- Identifying opportunities for process automation, operational efficiency, and innovative digital solutions
- Collaborating with IT, operations, product, and business leaders to ensure successful adoption of digital tools
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending solutions to support organizational growth
- Driving change management programs to ensure smooth transition and employee adoption
- Ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards
- Reporting on the progress, impact, and ROI of digital transformation initiatives to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Innovation, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, or business process optimization
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of technologies such as cloud computing, automation, AI, and data analytics
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change management capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in driving organizational change and digital adoption initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital innovation frameworks is an advantage
