Responsibilities
- IP Commercialisation Strategy: Lead end-to-end IP monetisation (licensing, technology transfer, joint ventures) across Asia-Pacific markets
- IP Valuation & Advisory: Deliver advanced IP valuation and commercial advisory using income, market, and cost-based methodologies
- Revenue& Business Development: Originate, structure, and close high-value consulting deals with MNCs, SMEs, and research institutions
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage partnerships with government agencies (e.g., Enterprise Singapore) and innovation ecosystem stakeholders
- Leadership& Capability Building: Lead and scale multidisciplinary teams drive performance, capability development, and delivery excellence
- IP Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with Singapore and international IP frameworks, including IPOS regulations
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in IP valuation, licensing, and cross-border transactions
- Proven track record in leading regional or global projects and closing high-value commercial deals
- Strong familiarity with Singapore's innovation ecosystem, including IPOS frameworks
- Experience engaging with government agencies, research institutions, or multinational corporations
- Strong knowledge of the biopharmaceutical market, including regulatory frameworks, key players, and competitive landscape focused in the APAC region
- Latest technological trends and innovations within biopharama sector, including novel drug discovery platforms and technologies
- Identify and evaluate commercial, partnership, and investment opportunities within the market aligned to clients objectives
