The Role

You will take ownership of new business development across APAC, identifying and converting opportunities with pharmaceutical and clinical research organisations.

• Building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Developing relationships with senior stakeholders across clinical operations, supply chain, and procurement
• Leading the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution development through to negotiation and close
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are operationally deliverable

About You

• Proven business development experience within clinical trial logistics, pharma logistics, or related services
• A strong hunter
• Track record of winning new service-based business
• Experience selling complex, global logistics or clinical trial solutions
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
