Role Mission
To hunt, land, and expand strategic enterprise accounts within an exciting territory.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing complex,
multi-year contracts. Your deep understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud
economics, and AI/ML workloads will be critical to positioning PBD as a strategic
partner against incumbent hyperscalers and other neocloud competitors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Hunting & Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process for
a target list of Fortune 500 and high-growth AI companies. Proactively build a
robust pipeline through strategic outbound efforts, executive networking, and
leveraging industry contacts.
C-Level Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop and execute
account strategies to build trusted relationships with key economic and
technical decision-makers, including CTOs, VPs of AI/ML, CIOs, and Heads of
Infrastructure.
Complex Solution Selling: Articulate the unique value proposition of PBD's
entire portfolio. Architect sophisticated solutions that may combine dedicated
Enterprise clusters, financing, and urgent Concierge capacity to meet the
dynamic needs of enterprise AI teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead virtual teams to victory. Work closely
with PBD's global resources to design and deliver compelling technical proof
of PBD's differentiated value. Partner with Customer Success to ensure a
seamless post-sale experience and identify expansion opportunities. Market Expertise: Serve as the voice of the customer and a key source of
market intelligence on competitor activity (e.g., CoreWeave, Lambda Labs,
hyperscalers) and enterprise infrastructure trends.
Qualifications & Experience
Must Have:
o 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, consistently exceeding
multi-million-dollar quotas in a high-velocity, complex sales
environment.
o Proven, documented history of landing new logo enterprise accounts.
o Direct experience in one of the following backgrounds is required:
Data Center Sales: Selling colocation, interconnection, or
managed services for a provider (e.g., Digital Realty, Equinix).
You understand power density, cooling, cross-connects, and the
physical realities of deploying infrastructure.
Neocloud Sales: Selling for a specialized GPU cloud provider
(e.g., CoreWeave, Lambda Labs, Crusoe).
Hyperscale Cloud Sales: Selling infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) for
AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP in a strategic accounts role.
o Ability to discuss compute, networking, storage, and the total cost of
ownership of infrastructure with technical and financial leaders.
Strongly Preferred:
o Existing contacts and relationships within the AI/ML and enterprise
infrastructure community in your territory.
o Understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to articulate
a strong why us versus other specialized and general-purpose
clouds.
o Demonstrated ability to translate knowledge of physical infrastructure
into a discussion about scalable, high-performance cloud services.
