Job Description

Role Summary

Tinggo Travel Pte. Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Director, Airline & Distribution Partnerships to lead the growth of our airline content distribution across global OTAs, TMCs and B2B travel partners.

This role is responsible for managing strategic relationships with airline partners while expanding Tinggo's distribution network among online travel agencies, travel management companies and travel distributors. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving ticket volume, commercial partnerships and market expansion across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Airline Partnerships

  • Manage and develop strategic relationships with airline partners

  • Negotiate commercial agreements, incentives, and distribution terms

  • Coordinate with airline commercial teams on pricing, promotions and campaigns

  • Support onboarding of airline content through API / NDC connectivity

Distribution Sales

  • Expand Tinggo's network of OTA, TMC and B2B travel distribution partners

  • Identify and onboard new clients to Tinggo's distribution platform

  • Drive airline ticket sales through partner channels

  • Develop commercial strategies to increase sales volume and revenue

Market Development

  • Identify new distribution opportunities across key markets including Asia-Pacific, China and emerging markets

  • Develop sales pipelines and partnership opportunities with global travel distributors

  • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows and partner meetings

Commercial Performance

  • Monitor sales performance, sector volumes and revenue growth

  • Track airline performance and partner contribution

  • Prepare commercial reports and forecasts for management

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams including technology, operations and finance to ensure smooth partner integration and ticketing operations

  • Support API onboarding and partner implementation processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Aviation Management or related field

  • 5-10 years of experience in travel industry sales, airline distribution or travel partnerships

  • Experience working with airlines, OTAs, TMCs or travel distributors

  • Strong understanding of airline distribution models, including GDS, NDC or API connectivity

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and partnership development

  • Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills

  • Ability to manage international partnerships and cross-border business relationships

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events when required

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with airline commercial teams and GDS

  • Experience with OTA or travel distribution platforms

  • Knowledge of airline ancillary products such as baggage, seat selection and other services

  • Experience in regional markets including Southeast Asia or China
