This position will have the primary responsibility of managing fund accounting team(s) providing the full range of fund administration services to Private Equity, and Private Credit Clients

A partial list of responsibilities and skills includes:

• Review and coordinate Net Asset Value calculation and reporting
• Review and coordinate investor servicing activities. Including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reporting.
• Maintain a working understanding of fund documentation(s) and apply the terms to the financial reporting and the income and expense allocations
• Maintain a working understanding of fund documentation(s) and apply the terms to the financial reporting and the income and expense allocations.
• Liaise with the external service providers to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
• Ensure timely deliverables if any task and reporting as defined in the service level agreements.
• Leading the new client or fund onboarding, including fund documents review, system setup, etc
• Resolve issues/queries raised clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction as part of the escalation point.
• Identify and highlight opportunities for internal process improvement and increase in operational efficiency.
• Responsible of work allocation and team utilisation. Assist on coordination of resources and make sure that appropriate cross training and coverage is in place to meet client and organizational expectations for deliverables.
• Participate in company and client initiatives outside of normal deliverables and responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above.
  
  

• Hold a university degree in Finance/ Accounting, qualified accountant or other relevant qualification preferred.
• Have a minimum of 12 years progressive fund administration experience in servicing a Private Equity and/or Credit Clients with solid experience managing a team.
• In-depth understanding of fund industry, including waterfall calculation. Good knowledge on private equity credit or private credit preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge - especially in management and performance fees calculation, FX translation, profit and lost, and balance sheet.
• Strong knowledge in in IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP. Strong knowledge in IFRS, US GAAP and GAAP. Knowledge of other GAAP would be an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, possess analytical review and critical thinking. Ability to work in fast paced environment and multi-tasking.
• Strong computer skills with strength in Microsoft Office and able to work with different system application and platforms. Willing to embrace new technologies for efficient solution.
• Understand regulatory and different jurisdiction reporting requirement.
• Experience with Investran accounting software would be an advantage.
