We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Director to serve as a key member of our senior leadership team, contributing to corporate governance, strategic direction, and long-term business planning. This role will support the overall management of our Singapore operations, ensuring strong operational performance, effective execution of Board-approved strategies, and alignment between commercial, operational, and financial objectives.
The successful candidate will provide executive oversight of warehousing and logistics operations while driving business development initiatives such as market expansion, key account management, and strategic partnerships. With demonstrated senior management experience and full P&L accountability, you will champion operational excellence, regulatory compliance and sustainable revenue growth, while representing the company in high-level engagements with customers, partners, regulators, and group headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as company Director and key member of the company's senior leadership, contributing to corporate governance, strategic direction, and long-term business planning.
- Support to manage the overall company's Singapore operations, with accountability for business performance, operational management, and execution of Board-approved strategies.
- Support to lead and oversee core business functions, ensuring alignment of operations, commercial activities, and financial objectives.
- To drive the company's Business Development strategy, including market expansion, key account management, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Support to provide executive oversight of warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, safety standards, inventory integrity and service excellence.
- Support to manage the budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability of the Singapore business.
- Represent the company in high-level engagements with customers, business partners, regulators, and group headquarters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of senior management experience, including leadership of company-level operations and commercial functions.
- Strong expertise in logistics and warehousing operations combined with proven business development leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior teams, manage P&L responsibility, and drive strategic growth.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
