Project Director (Asia Region)

We are a growing mid-sized interior renovation and fit-out contractor expanding across Asia. We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead regional project delivery, strengthen operational systems, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects across multiple Asian markets.

. Drive on-time, on-budget, high-quality project delivery with strong margin control.

. Establish scalable project management systems, SOPs, and reporting structures.

. Provide commercial oversight including budgeting, cost control, risk management, and contract administration.

. Support major tenders, pricing strategy, and regional business development initiatives.

. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams across countries.

. Strengthen client relationships and act as senior escalation point for key accounts.

Requirements

. 12-18 years experience in interior fit-out or renovation contracting.

. At least 6 years proven experience managing multi-country projects in Asia.

. Strong commercial acumen with solid P&L management capability.

. Hands-on leadership style suited for a scaling, growth-oriented environment.

. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

. Willingness to travel regionally.
