We're looking for a commercially driven sales individual, to lead regional growth and new business across affiliate and performance marketing. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new clients, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue.
*This role will start as an individual contributor role, with progression to building out a sales team
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional new business and deliver against revenue targets
- Identify, engage, and close high-value clients across key industries
- Build and run effective prospecting strategies
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term partnerships
- Create tailored affiliate and performance marketing solutions for clients
- Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Stay close to market trends and bring insights to the business
Profile
- 8-12+ years in business development or sales, ideally in affiliate or performance marketing
- Strong track record of winning new business and hitting targets
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Commercial, practical, and results-focused
- Data-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
