Job Description
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives
- Drive customer base management including churn reduction and ARPU growth
- Champion AI-driven marketing capabilities such as personalisation and automation
- Partner closely with analytics, sales, and product teams to deliver targeted campaigns
- Oversee campaign planning, segmentation, execution, and performance tracking
- Analyse customer data and campaign effectiveness to optimise outcomes
- Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring capability development and delivery excellence
The Successful Applicant
- 12+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or customer marketing roles
- Strong track record managing large customer bases in complex organisations
- Experience in data-driven marketing, customer analytics, and segmentation
- Prior exposure to telecommunications or subscription-based industries preferred
- Proven team leadership experience, managing multiple direct reports
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
