Job Description

Grow ReN3's enterprise presence in Singapore and Malaysia. You will build lasting relationships with banks, government bodies, and large enterprises, driving strategic deals for our agentic AI platform from first meeting to multi-year contract.

ReN3 (The Reentry Foundation Pte Ltd) is a Singapore-based enterprise agentic AI company building the automation infrastructure that powers the next generation of enterprise operations. Our platform enables organisations to deploy AI agents that reason, retrieve, and act across databases, documents, and APIs — fully governed and enterprise-ready.

We operate in high-trust, regulated environments: banks, government agencies, and large conglomerates across Southeast Asia. In Singapore and Malaysia, we are already engaged with major institutions within these regulated industries, and we are expanding aggressively across BFSI, government tech, and enterprise sectors.

What You will Do

  • Own the full commercial cycle for the territories accounts — from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract signature
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline and account map across BFSI, government, and large-cap enterprise accounts, with disciplined CRM hygiene
  • Develop C-level and Director-level relationships at target accounts; become a trusted advisor on enterprise AI adoption
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client challenges and collaborate with the presales and engineering team to architect compelling solutions
  • Drive POC engagements and ensure client success through onboarding and early value realisation
  • Negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, and SOWs — navigating procurement processes including government tender frameworks
  • Identify and develop partnerships with local SIs, distributors, and digital ecosystem partners
  • Provide market intelligence back to product and leadership — competitive landscape, pricing signals, regulatory developments

What You Bring

  • 15-20 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior account or commercial director role in Singapore/Malaysia
  • A proven track record closing 6–7 figure deals in technology — software, cloud, data, AI, or SaaS platforms
  • Deep network across Singapore/Malaysia BFSI (banking, insurance, multifinance) and/or government technology stakeholders
  • Fluency in navigating Singapore/Malaysia enterprise procurement landscape — including compliance considerations, data governance, and government tender processes
  • Ability to hold high-level technical conversations with architects and CTOs — you don't need to be an engineer, but you must be credible on AI, cloud, and data infrastructure
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills; culturally fluent and comfortable across both Singapore/Malaysia corporate culture and government protocol
  • Strong written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in both is essential
  • Self-directed with an entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable building structure where none exists

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling AI, ML, or data analytics platforms in Singapore
  • Existing relationships at major banks, or leading multifinance companies
  • Familiarity with agentic AI, RAG architectures, or enterprise document automation
  • Experience working with or through major Singapore/Malaysia SI and Leading IT companies
  • Track record building a market from scratch as an early commercial hire at a scaling technology company
