The Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and driving the overall growth and sustainability of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall direction and strategic planning for the company's operations.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's corporate, manpower, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution in alignment with company goals.
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement corporate governance, risk management, and financial oversight.
- Drive business development, tendering, and securing new projects.
- Lead and guide senior management team to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Prior experience as a Director or Senior Manager will be an advantage.
