DIRECTOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Develop construction strategies, timelines, and budgets that align with business goals.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards (e.g., BCA, MOM, WSH).
• Liaise with consultants, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and manage internal project teams and external subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction methods, productivity, and sustainability practices.
