Identifying and originating investment opportunities
Structuring, assessing and negotiating transactions including leading and supervising all due-diligence, financial modeling, deal analytics, financing and legal documentation.
Identifying, scoping, engaging, and coordinating with external advisors, including prudently managing due-diligence budget through execution.
Making an investment case internally including presenting to, and seeking approvals of, committees and boards.
Building and maintaining relationships with partners, service providers, brokers, financiers and other asset stakeholders.
Planning and implementing asset management strategies in accordance with investment thesis, including operational, commercial and capital structure improvements and interventions.
Evaluating and executing investment exits.
Guiding, mentoring and developing junior members within the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 10 years of relevant experience in a top tier fund manager / private equity firm or corporate investment role, specific experience in development or data center investments will be an advantage
Strong commercial acumen and deal structuring capabilities
Self-motivated with strong deal origination skills
Result-oriented with ability to think outside the box to resolve issues
Hands-on with leadership qualities to guide a team
Strong communication skills and able to navigate with different stakeholders
