Director, HR Shared Services | Leads a Team

The Frazer Jones team is pleased to be partnering with a prominent organisation to appoint a Director of HR Shared Services. The HR Shared Services Director is responsible for leading, scaling, and optimising the organisation's HR Shared Services function, ensuring the efficient delivery of endtoend HR operations. This role oversees service delivery across payroll, HR systems, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, and data governance, while driving continuous improvement, digital enablement, and a bestinclass employee experience. This role will be expected to partner closely with the wider HR team comprising of HRBPs, Centres of Excellence (COEs), as well as other functions: Finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure alignment of HR operations with organisational strategy to build a scalable, modern HR services infrastructure. This is a fulltime, permanent position based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading HR Shared Services for a large and diverse workforce of 10,000 employees. The role is also responsible for leading a team managing payroll operations. Alongside payroll, you will oversee the governance of HR compliance and policies, strengthening internal controls, audit readiness, and policy harmonisation. A key component of the role involves leading the organisation's HR technology agenda as well, particularly in optimising and structuring SAP SuccessFactors to support efficient workflows, reliable data management, and consistent systemdriven governance. Notably, this role will also take ownership of manpower planning and budgeting processes for forecasting, modelling, and generating insights in order to support leadership decisionmaking.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR Shared Services/HR Operations leader operating at the Director level within large, complex organisations. You should bring deep expertise in payroll operations, compliance, HR policy governance, and HR systems, particularly with SAP SuccessFactors and a strong understanding of how to build scalable, wellstructured HR processes across sizeable and diverse employee populations. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential. You will thrive in this role if you are forwardlooking, systemscentric, and comfortable with navigating structures, frameworks, and ways of working that raise the operational and governance bar for the entire HR function.
