The role will support Senior Director, HNW & Private Bank partnership on penetrate into Ultra HNW business by tapping Private Bank segment. This is one of the key strategic initiatives of Prudential plc.
Key Responsibility Includes
Strategic Partnership & Account Management
- Drive the execution of HNW/UHNW roadmaps covering business growth, product strategy, client segmentation, and joint go-to-market initiatives with partnership account director
- Establish and manage day-to-day relationship & lead partnership activity with private banks and international brokers
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, initiatives and campaigns
- Support partnership governance routines, including business reviews and performance tracking
- Coordinate with local market teams to ensure consistent execution of Private Bank engagement frameworks
HNW Business Development & Growth
- Identify business development opportunities across new HNW proposition, new market entry
- Work closely with Wealth, Product, Customer & Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, to support end-to-end HNW growth
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory developments to inform strategy and planning
Performance Management & Governance
- Lead performance reporting for HNW partnership channels
- Monitor and analyze HNW/UHNW performance metrics across partnership channels, leading to course of actions
- Ensure all partnership activities are conducted with strong risk discipline, governance, and regulatory compliance
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HNW/UHNW insurance, private banking, or wealth management
- Direct experience working with private banks & international brokers strongly preferred
- Background in life insurance, wealth protection, or legacy planning for HNW clients, with understanding of HNW client needs, private banking operating models, and cross border structures
- Strong communicator with good influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities, assess partnerships, and manage performance
- Strong capabilities in project management
