About the Role

We are seeking for a Director, Head of New Business (AI) to lead and scale our new enterprise AI business initiatives. In this high-impact executive role, you will be responsible for building a specialized AI practice from the ground up, securing external and internal resources, driving go-to-market strategies, and overseeing end-to-end service delivery across key vertical industries. The ideal candidate brings extensive management experience and deep domain expertise to establish a differentiated market footprint that complements and expands Beyondsoft's existing business tracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Autonomously establish, recruit, and scale a new AI business unit, taking full ownership of team building, resource allocation, and operational capability development.
• Identify and capture untapped vertical industry opportunities, formulating go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge AI, Data, and Cloud transformation solutions.
• Engage C-level client stakeholders to deliver strategic advisory, shape complex enterprise AI initiatives, and drive end-to-end deal closures from presales through execution.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery and project execution for Enterprise Data & AI engagements, ensuring technical excellence, rigorous milestone management, high client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Partner effectively with internal delivery functions, cross-border stakeholders, and key technology platform ecosystems to maximize co-sell and business growth opportunities.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience leading teams, driving practice growth, or managing business units within IT consulting or technology services.
• Experience in AI, Data Analytics, or Machine Learning solutions/transformation programs will be an added advantage.
• Deep domain expertise and proven industry track record in a specific vertical sector (e.g., Telecom, Public Sector, Retail, Healthcare or Enterprise verticals).
• Proven track record of building new business units or practices from scratch (0-to-1), including resource mobilization, revenue generation, and end-to-end service delivery execution.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic advisory, shape complex technical proposals, and manage senior client/partner relationships.
• Fluency in professional English and Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively align with global/regional partners, cross-border business stakeholders, and internal executive leadership.
