Develop execution plan in accordance with the head office's strategiesand business plans.
Lead institutional sales coverage for cross-border OTC derivatives andstructured products, focusing on commodity and fixed-income asset classes.
Identify, engage, and onboard global institutional and high-net-worthclients (including family offices, hedge funds, and asset managers) throughconsultative and solution-based sales approaches.
Coordinate closely with Trading, Risk Management, Operations, and ITteams to ensure smooth trade execution, client servicing, and post-tradesupport.
Monitor clients trading activity, manage credit and marginrequirements, and conduct periodic portfolio reviews to ensure proper riskcontrol.
Drive client acquisition initiatives through seminars, webinars, andcross-border marketing events in partnership with exchanges and affiliates.
Work collaborativelywith head-office product teams to deliver integrated cross-border tradingsolutions.
Maintain a strong market sense by tracking global macro trends, pricingdynamics, and regulatory developments relevant to cross-border derivatives.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or relateddisciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in derivatives sales, trading, orinstitutional client coverage, preferably within FICC or structured-productbusinesses.
Familiar with Bond Connect / Swap Connect / OTC derivatives / structuredproducts frameworks and cross-border trading operations.
Holder of CMFAS RES 2A licence.
Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term institutionalrelationships and deliver tailored trading solutions. n Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, due to frequent interactionwith China head office and Chinese-speaking clients.
