Director Global Supply Chain

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Global Supply Chain Director to oversee and streamline supply chain operations across international markets. This role will focus on building a resilient and efficient global network spanning procurement, planning and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement global supply chain strategies to support business growth
• Oversee end-to-end operations including sourcing, demand planning, and distribution
• Drive operational excellence, cost reduction, and supply chain agility
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple regions
• Strengthen partnerships with global suppliers and key stakeholders
• Ensure consistent service levels and timely delivery across geographies
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies within the supply chain

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including leadership in global environments
• Strong understanding of international supply chain operations and logistics
• Demonstrated success in process optimization and cost management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
