Requirements
At least 12 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Sponsor Coverage, or Corporate Banking with a strong focus on private equity, real estate funds, or REIT platforms across ASEAN markets.
Strong Corporate Finance experience and possess good relationship with Financial Sponsors will be an advantage
Strong understanding of private equity investment models, exit strategies, fund structures, and sponsor-driven transactions.
Proven origination and execution track record in complex corporate or sponsor-led deals across ASEAN.
Regional exposure and ability to navigate cross-border teams, regulatory environments, and local business nuances.
Deep familiarity with ASEAN real estate markets and regulatory environments is an advantage
Credit analytical and structuring skills with good understanding of financial analysis will be an advantage
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
Credit and marketing corporate finance experience will be an advantage
Good management, written and communication skills.
