GIIAVA Singapore seeks a Company Director to represent a key shareholder's interests by providing strategic oversight, participating in governance, and aligning management decisions with shareholder objectives.

Responsibilities

• Represent and safeguard the interests of a key shareholder in board and governance activities
• Provide strategic oversight to ensure management decisions align with shareholder objectives
• Participate actively in governance processes to uphold corporate integrity and compliance
• Apply strong commercial judgment to evaluate business opportunities and risks at the board level
• Demonstrate high integrity in decision-making and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence company direction and shareholder value
