Director, Fund Operations

We are hiring a senior fund operations leader to oversee a portfolio of fund administration services across multiple asset classes. This role combines operational leadership, client engagement, and business growth, with responsibility for delivering high-quality fund services in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end fund administration across hedge funds, private equity, and real asset structures
• Manage, mentor, and develop fund operations teams, driving performance and accountability
• Serve as a senior client contact, handling escalations and supporting relationship expansion
• Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and technology adoption
• Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support new mandates and business growth

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in fund administration or fund services, including senior leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, operations, and regulatory requirements
• Proven people manager with client-facing experience
• Commercial mindset with a focus on service quality and operational excellence
• Relevant professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA, MBA preferred)
