The Director / Managing Director is responsible for the overall strategy, operations, and financial performance of the LNG / LPG business. The role provides executive leadership across trading, terminal operations, safety, investment, and organizational management, ensuring sustainable growth, compliance, and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute medium- and long-term strategy and annual business plans
- Take full P&L accountability, including revenue, profit, cash flow, and returns
- Adjust business strategy in response to market, price, and regulatory changes
- Oversee procurement, sales, trading, and terminal operations
- Develop upstream supply partnerships and downstream customer portfolios
- Lead major commercial negotiations and long-term contract decisions
- Build and lead a high-performing management team and talent pipeline
- Report to the Board and shareholders execute Board resolutions
- Manage relationships with regulators, government bodies, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Energy, Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- 10-15+ years of experience in LNG / LPG, natural gas, or energy-related industries.
- Proven senior leadership experience (GM, Deputy GM, BU Head, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of LNG / LPG markets, pricing, and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated strengths in strategy, execution, negotiation, and risk management.
- International exposure and English working proficiency preferred.
