Business & Finance Partnering (Enterprise Platforms and/or RE:AI)
- Support DI Co businesses (Enterprise Platforms and/or RE:AI) on all financial matters
- Understand the business well to work closely with Management to set priorities
- Reviewing and monitoring business financial, including business case approvals.
- Ensure completeness of entity financials, review of financial statements.
- Full statutory compliance requirements including tax filing with authority, including corp tax and GST.
- Business partner in optimising financial outcomes, recommending business process/practices/contracting terms etc to for efficient operations and enabling the business to scale.
- Support business expansion activities, including regional expansion.
- Provide financial information, tools, analysis and insight to management, helping them make more informed decisions and driving business strategy.
DI Co FP&A and Corporate
- Review DI Co financial performance and reports prepared by the team to validate key business highlights, risks and opportunities
- Curate forecasts and strategy/performance/results messages for internal and external (including investor reporting and investor day)
- Work with Group Finance on regulatory announcement and investors presentation/queries
- Work with Business teams to identify gaps and risks; working closely with business to mitigate risk/close gaps.
- Drive ad hoc business initiatives or projects across/in DI Co units to optimise performance, maximise returns.
- Lead process improvements or system implementation projects for DI Co as key liaison for Group projects
- Corporate performance management including Balanced Scorecard and KPI matters
- Handling corporate governance matters including Risk Management and Internal Audit for DI Co delivered through these function teams
- Any other ad hoc duties and projects for DI Co
Skills for success:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance
- High proficiency in financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high learning agility
- Ability to interpret and evaluate business models from a strategic investor's perspective
- Proficiency in analyzing multiple business drivers, key value creation levers, and quantitative metrics supporting financial models
- Strong business acumen with exposure to commercial finance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Proven leadership qualities and ability to work effectively in teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative
