Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Relationship Manager to join our high-performing Distribution team as Director / Executive Director, Sales.

This role is responsible for expanding our investor base and deepening relationships within the Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) and Institutional segments. The successful candidate will contribute directly to AUM growth by originating, engaging and converting qualified investors onto the SDAX platform.

You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced and regulated environment, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Sales/Commercial, you will drive growth within the UHNWI or institutional segments, including Corporate Treasury, SFOs, MFOs and EAMs.

You should bring an established network and a clear strategy to convert relationships into platform adoption and long-term AUM growth. This role suits a commercially driven professional seeking a differentiated investment platform with innovative private market solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and grow relationships within the target segments, including:
  • UHNWI clients
  • Corporate treasury teams
  • Single-Family Offices (SFOs)
  • Multi-Family Offices (MFOs)
  • External Asset Managers (EAMs)
  • Drive AUM growth through distribution of investment products listed on the SDAX platform
  • Originate and onboard new investor accounts, managing the end-to-end client lifecycle
  • Lead client onboarding and KYC processes in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Deliver a high-touch client experience, addressing investor queries and strengthening engagement
  • Develop and execute a clear conversion strategy to penetrate and expand within the assigned segment
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory standards and internal governance policies

Requirements

  • 810 years of experience in sales and/or product distribution within the institutional and/or UHNWI segment
  • Proven track record in raising capital and distributing investment or financial products
  • Established network within the target client segments
  • Strong strategic thinking with clear market penetration and conversion plans
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to operate independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident and persuasive with senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
  • Possess CMFAS certifications M1B, M5, M6 and M6A (or valid exemptions)
  • Strong ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of client organisations

Important Note

This role requires a strong working knowledge of investment and financial instruments.

Candidates from software, hardware or general technology sales backgrounds will not be considered.
