Role Overview
Lead end-to-end ERP transformation initiatives across multiple domainsCommercial, Finance, and Manufacturingserving as the critical interface between Systems Integrators (SI) and business operations. Drive strategic alignment, governance, and execution for complex, multi-site programs in the semiconductor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ERP transformation roadmap and delivery across Finance, Commercial, and Manufacturing processes (e.g., Engineer-to-Order, Procure-to-Pay).
- Act as liaison between SI partners and internal operations teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
- Govern program execution: scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve transformation objectives.
- Champion change management and process optimization for global operations.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in ERP transformation or large-scale business systems programs, with leadership roles.
- Industry: Semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing exposure.
- Expertise: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms; strong understanding of cross-domain processes.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, negotiate deliverables, and align IT/OT integration.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications.
- Experience with MES integration and global rollout programs.
