Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and growth-oriented Digital Sales Leader to drive new business acquisition across the APAC region for our client's Digital Engineering, AI Solutions, and Technology Services portfolio.

This is a pure hunter role focused on opening new enterprise accounts, expanding strategic relationships, and driving large digital transformation engagements across APAC markets excluding India and Japan.

You will work across the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification and executive engagement to solution shaping, contract negotiation, and revenue closure. The ideal candidate combines strong IT services sales experience with a solid understanding of AI/ML, cloud transformation, digital engineering, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

This role requires a consultative sales mindset, strong CXO relationships across APAC.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Originate and close new business opportunities across Digital Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Data, Enterprise Applications, and Technology Services.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to drive new logo acquisition and wallet-share expansion across enterprise customers in APAC.
  • Develop trusted relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, Engineering Leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery leaders, and alliance teams to shape differentiated AI-led transformation solutions.
  • Drive pipeline generation through direct outreach, executive networking, industry events, partnerships, and regional ecosystem engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to build qualified pipeline and improve conversion metrics.
  • Own pipeline forecasting, CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, and revenue reporting with high accuracy and discipline.
  • Represent at conferences, executive roundtables, customer workshops, and partner events across APAC.
  • Stay current on emerging AI trends, cloud technologies, competitive positioning, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Sell across multiple engagement models including managed services, offshore/nearshore delivery, project-based engagements, and staff augmentation.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive IT services sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven success in hunting and closing large, complex digital transformation deals ($1M+ TCV preferred).
  • Experience selling Digital Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Application Modernization, or Enterprise Technology Services.
  • Background working with mid-tier or large global IT services firms.
  • Strong network of enterprise relationships across APAC markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Vietnam, or Greater ASEAN.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in one or more industries including Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Retail/eCommerce, Manufacturing, Logistics, Construction, Hi-Tech, or Healthcare.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML services, enterprise AI adoption, cloud transformation (AWS/Azure/GCP), digital engineering, and modern application development.
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems involving Hyperscalers, SaaS platforms, ERP vendors, or enterprise software providers.
  • Strong understanding of offshore/global delivery models, pricing structures, governance, and enterprise engagement models.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience using CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is preferred.
