A leading multinational life sciences organization is seeking a Director, Data Quality & Integrity to drive strategic oversight of data integrity and GxP computerized systems across R&D, Pharmacovigilance (PV), and Medical Affairs (MA). You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while shaping governance, strengthening compliance, and enabling digital transformation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead execution of regional data integrity strategy aligned to global priorities.
- Establish and evolve governance frameworks for GxP computerized systems.
- Serve as a senior SME advising leadership on compliance, risk, and regulatory expectations.
- Lead regulatory inspections and audits with direct authority engagement.
- Oversee complex investigations, CAPAs, and enterprise risk mitigation.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across QA, IT, and business globally.
- Build organizational capability through leadership, coaching, and talent development.
- Drive innovation through analytics, AI, and digital QA initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in QA, data integrity, or IT compliance within pharma.
- Extensive leadership experience in inspections, audits, and enterprise QA programs.
- Proven ability to influence at senior and executive levels.
- Strong strategic, communication, and transformation leadership skills.
