Strategic Leadership & Governance Define and drive the company's mid‑ to long‑term strategy and business objectives in alignment with Daikin Group policies, while executing Board decisions and ensuring strong corporate governance, risk management, and J‑SOX compliant internal controls.
Financial Performance & Business Oversight Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance management and provide the Board with timely financial and operational reports.
Operational Excellence & Compliance Ensure efficient and sustainable business operations, full compliance with Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements, and fulfilment of all contractual and service obligations, while safeguarding company assets and reputation.
Organization, Talent & Succession Management Lead organizational planning and development, including structure design, manpower planning, leadership development, and succession planning to support long‑term business growth.
People & Culture Leadership Establish and oversee employee relations, compensation and performance management frameworks to foster high employee engagement, strong morale, and ahigh‑performance culture.
Stakeholder & External Representation Represent the company to key stakeholders, including government bodies, financial institutions, and the Daikin regional and global organization, and take overall responsibility for major corporate and public relations matters.
Pre-requisite
Degree in Business Administration / Law / Economics, or a related discipline.
Over 10 years of professional experience, including senior-level management roles in sales planning, sales operations, and business strategy.
Proven experience in budget management, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination
Strong understanding of corporate planning, marketing strategy, and organizational governance.
