  • Drive end-to-end execution of key initiatives, from concept development through implementation and evaluation, balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery.
  • Develop and implement scalable programmes aligned with global priorities, while working closely with regional and country teams to localise initiatives and ensure consistent execution across markets.
  • Identify, develop, and lead strategic partnerships with NGOs, governments, industry bodies, and institutions to create shared value and expand the company's impact in areas such as education, environmental stewardship, and community development.
  • Strengthen the company's external positioning as a responsible global organisation through partnerships, industry engagement, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Design and drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce corporate values and support internal alignment with the company's corporate responsibility agenda.
  • Establish impact measurement frameworks and KPIs to track outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact and clear value to the business and stakeholders.
  • Oversee governance, compliance, and transparency in corporate giving, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications, HR, and leadership teams to ensure effective internal and external communication of initiatives and outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on strategy, partnerships, and impact performance.

Qualifications
