Client Solutions & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understands requirements, and design tailored recruitment and contingent workforce solutions.
Contingent & Contractor Management
- Specializes in contingent search, onboarding and management of IT contractors across Asia.
Business Development
- Expand client base in banking, financial services, and other sectors prepare and deliver SOW (Statement of Work) and professional services offerings.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor and manage a large team of recruiters and sources across Asia, enduring delivery of high-quality talent pipelines.
Solution-Oriented Approach
- Proactively identify challenges and bring innovative recruitment and workforce solutions to the table
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance, best practices, and efficient delivery across multi-country operations
Market Expertise
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and client hiring demands to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and contingent workforce management.
- Proven revenue generator with a strong track record of business growth.
- Deep knowledge of banking, financial services, and technology sectors.
- Well-versed in MOM employment laws and committed to 100% compliance.
- Proven track record in IT recruitment and workforce solutions, ideally in banking and financial services plus exposure to other industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale recruitment teams across multiple countries in Asia.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to craft and deliver solutions that address client challenge
