About the Business
We are an independently owned and operated CHLITINA authorized franchise business, with approximately 24 locations and over 500 employees across our operations.
Our primary market is Mainland China, with business interests in Hong Kong and Singapore.
This position is part of our independently operated franchise business, not a corporate position at CHLITINA headquarters.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced APAC Director to take overall responsibility for our regional business operations, financial performance, team development, and long-term growth.
The successful candidate will report directly to the investor, with significant autonomy in managing the business and shaping its future direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional operations and oversee business performance across multiple locations.
- Take ownership of P&L, profitability, budgets, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and strengthen management teams across different markets.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience, service quality, and brand positioning.
- Identify opportunities for sustainable expansion and business improvement.
- Support the long-term development of independent brands and new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in multi-location retail, beauty, wellness, luxury services, or related consumer businesses.
- Strong commercial judgment and hands-on operational management capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L and large teams.
- Understanding of Greater China and Asia-Pacific markets.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with practical execution.
