Director, Casino Cashiering

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Casino Cashiering operations, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant service delivery.
• Establish and enhance internal controls, security measures, and risk management practices to prevent fraud and financial malpractice.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance performance and service standards.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Compliance, Security, Audit, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Extensive leadership experience in casino operations, casino cashiering, gaming finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated environment (e.g. casino, banking, financial services).
• Experience in an integrated resort, gaming, casino, or hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with gaming regulations, and AML requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
