Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Support & Execution
Support the team in managing sales and acquisition mandates
Prepare marketing materials, financial models, and investment analyses
Coordinate due diligence processes and assist in client negotiations
Ensure all deliverables meet institutional standards
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and mentor juniors in collaboration in projects
Review team deliverables and maintain quality standards across all work streams
Foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing across projects
Client Relations & Business Support
Support team in building relationships with clients
Participate in strategic client meetings
Maintain ongoing client communication and relationship management
Business Development & Market Presence
Collaborate with the team to identify new mandates and business opportunities
Support cross-platform initiatives to deliver integrated JLL solutions
Assist in pitch presentations and participate in industry events
Help execute business development strategies and client targeting initiatives
Reporting & Strategic Support
Support the team in developing strategic recommendations and growth initiatives
Maintain records of team performance metrics and client interactions
Ensure accurate CRM entry and compliance with internal reporting standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, or related field in addition to CEA
10 years commercial real estate capital markets experience with progressive responsibility
Strong transaction track record
Team leadership experience with ability to work collaboratively with senior partnership
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
Proven ability to work effectively in team setting
Solid knowledge of Singapore real estate frameworks and market dynamics
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
Strong analytical skills for supporting decision-making
Collaborative leadership style with ability to support and complement the team effectively
Strong client relationship management skills with institutional engagement experience
Strategic thinking with commercial focus and ability to execute team's vision
Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
Cultural intelligence and ability to work across diverse teams and client relationships
