We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director to lead and oversee the company's strategic and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to drive business growth, strengthen governance, and ensure the effective execution of key projects.
This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve the company's short-term and long-term business objectives.
Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the effective implementation and optimization of company policies, procedures, and workflows.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to foster a high-performance culture and enhance overall organisational capabilities.
Business Growth: Drive business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Financial & Compliance Oversight: Monitor financial and operational performance against targets, and ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and internal controls.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 5-8 years of relevant management experience, with a proven track record of leadership in a senior role.
Strategic Thinking: Strong capability in strategic planning, problem-solving, and making critical decisions under pressure.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Independence: specific ability to work independently with minimal supervision while functioning effectively as part of a leadership team.
