About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director / Assistant Director / Senior Manager to develop and lead the learning academy within the Gain City group of companies.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing the end-to-end operations for a scalable learning academy aligned with Singapore's vision. You will lead the design and execution of training programmes, ensure full compliance with regulations and build a high-performing team to plan and deliver impactful lessons. A key part of the role is to drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes and operational excellence.
