Job Summary:
Coforge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Alliance & Partner Manager to join our team in Singapore. The Alliance & Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key partners to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives across the Southeast Asia and North Asia regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Partnerships: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key partners, including resellers and implementation partners
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals
- Communication: Facilitate open lines of communication between the company and its partners to ensure mutual understanding of objectives and priorities
- Pipeline Value: Monitor partner related pipeline
- On-board new partners to grow the business across the region
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay informed about industry trends
Role Competencies:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in partner management, sales, or a related field
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Must have strong connects with various OEM's like Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Dell, HPE etc
- Skills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- Knowledge: Broad knowledge of IT solutions and cloud services is preferred
- Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
