Responsibilities:
- Define and develop the Enterprise 5G strategy and multi-year plans aligned with growth objectives.
- Manage portfolio financials, including P&L, investment budgets, and performance tracking; initiate improvement actions with stakeholders.
- Drive healthy pipeline conversion and orchestrate key deployments to enhance scalability.
- Identify, pursue, and strategize account plans for enterprise 5G initiatives in priority sectors.
- Cultivate partnerships and ecosystems to facilitate co-creation and co-selling; oversee solution testing and operational readiness.
- Translate business needs into effective operational workflows; troubleshoot challenges and ensure accountability for results.
- Engage with key customers and prospects through solution consulting, deal shaping, and monitoring customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in mobile network operations, product development, or telecommunications infrastructure management.
- Proven track record in leading major projects and driving innovation in network technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of 5G technology, private 5G architecture, network slicing, and enterprise compliance.
- Experience in launching complex networking products or services at scale.
- Strong commercial acumen and effective cross-functional leadership skills.
