Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the direct sales team in promoting wellness packages and services.
  • Plan and execute outdoor/on-the-road sales activities, roadshows, and corporate outreach programmes.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations and product briefings to prospective clients and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Train, motivate, and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and service quality.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on leads, enquiries, and customer accounts.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in wellness, healthcare, beauty, fitness or related industries.
  • Proven track record in outdoor/direct sales and team management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with frequent outdoor/on-site activities.
  • Good leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic and customer-focused personality.
  • Experience in roadshows, event sales, or corporate wellness programmes.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers from different backgrounds.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily outdoor, on-the-road and roadshow sales activities.
  • May require occasional weekend or public holiday work during events or campaigns.
  • Flexible working hours depending on sales activities and roadshows.
