GFM Operations - GFM Ops operates as a Regional Processing Centre (Hub & Spoke) supporting GFM businesses in the region. The hub and spoke model allow GFM business to scale up while remaining agile in product and service offerings in the fast, evolving market environment. As GFM business expands product offerings in the region coupled with the dynamic regulatory environment, GFM Ops leverages on this unique advantage to continue to standardize processes to manage processing risk and to facilitate automation as well as governance of service level and quality.
About The Role
As a member of Global Financials Market Operations – Projects Management Office (PMO), candidate will get to work on initiatives that drive Operations Efficiency and Reimagine Process Changes in the Digital Age. Key responsibilities entail the following:
Major Strategic Implementation:
- Drive X-functional projects involving Target Operating Model changes and System implementation
- Define and drive success metrics and provide status reports in a data-driven manner
- Co-lead workshops and facilitate process changes discussions
- Manage Testing and resources
- Oversee project governance
- Represent GFMO in selected management forums and participate in working groups as required to drive and govern Group Ops-aligned deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financials services across digital, operations, transformation or COO functions
- Strong experience and exposure to mid-to-large scale transformation
- Hands-on expertise in digital platforms and AI-enabled operations
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability with ability to influence and drive strategic alignment
- Strong decision-making ability
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
