Diploma Programme (DP) Curriculum Coordinator

Job purpose:

The DP Curriculum Coordinator provides the pedagogical leadership, oversees the development, management and execution of a coherent DP programme. Ownership for the Pre-K to G-12 programme coherence is collaboratively owned by the three school curriculum coordinators.

IB Coordinators will be allocated a minimum 70% release time to ensure they can fulfil the breadth of their responsibilities effectively and sustainably.

We seek to appoint an experienced, collaborative, and inspirational IB Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator to lead the ongoing development and delivery of the IB Diploma Programme. The successful candidate will be an outstanding educator and leader who brings deep understanding of the IB philosophy and a proven ability to inspire both students and staff toward excellence.

The IB DP Coordinator will:

Provide strategic and pedagogical leadership of the IB Diploma Programme, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and IB standards.

Support and mentor faculty in developing high-quality, inquiry-based learning experiences.

Work closely with students and the pastoral team to nurture academic success, well-being, and balance through the demands of the DP.

Foster strong partnerships among students, parents, and teachers to ensure every learner thrives.
