Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly and professional Dining Attendant to join our team and provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is attentive, courteous, and passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints or special requests efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food handling procedures.
- Process bills and payments accurately if required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
