Dim Sum Production Supervisor

Job Description:

1) Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dim sum dishes.

2) Train new staff on dim sum preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols.

3) Assist in the development and testing of new dim sum items.

4) Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.

5) Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.

Requirements:

1) Have relevant working experiences in Food Production environment.

2) Have hand-on experiences of cutting, marinating & packaging of meats.

3) Able to work in a tough environment.

4) To rotate and perform shift works as and when necessary.
