Key Responsibilities

1. Short-Form Video Production & Strategy

You'll be the creative force behind our social media presence, dreaming up and producing short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts that make chiropractic care feel genuinely accessible and interesting instead of clinical or intimidating. That means taking complex spinal health topics and turning them into content people actually want to watch and share.

You'll own the full production process from start to finish: filming across our Singapore clinics and editing everything to a high standard. Writing the scripts is part of the role. So you'll need a knack for striking the right balance between informative and engaging content without being overly clinical yet maintaining the professionalism of the industry.

2. AI-Enhanced Content Workflow

We're keen to work with someone who's already embracing AI tools as part of their creative process, not just experimenting with them. In practice, that means you are proficient in using tools like Sora, Luma Dream Machine, HeyGen or Synthesia for content creation.

3. Meta Ads Management

On the paid side, you'll plan and run campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and SEM, with a focus on driving real outcomes such as enquiries, bookings, and new patients through the door. You'll keep a close eye on daily spend and performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI), and use what you find to keep improving. Regular A/B testing of hooks, creatives, and copy will be a core part of how you work.

Requirement

We're looking for someone with at least two years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a background in healthcare, wellness, or retail. You'll need to be confident with Meta Business Suite, comfortable editing in CapCut or Premiere Pro, and genuinely hands-on with the AI tools mentioned above.

A strong portfolio is essential and we'll want to see short-form videos you've produced, AI-assisted visuals, and examples of ad campaigns you've managed. Excellent English copywriting and storytelling skills round it all off.
