The Role

We're looking for a Director who can both lead creative vision on set and bring it to life in the edit.

We believe that to be a good director, you will also need to be a good editor.
You'll be involved from concept to final delivery, shaping the story, directing talent, and crafting the final cut.

If you think in shots, edit in your head, and obsess over pacing, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct video productions across commercials, branded content, and corporate films

• Translate concepts and scripts into compelling visual narratives

• Lead shoots on set - working with crew, talent, and clients

• Edit projects from rough cut to final delivery

• Shape storytelling through pacing, rhythm, and sound

• Collaborate with producers, creatives, and clients throughout the production process

• Ensure consistency in visual style and storytelling quality across projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience directing commercials and/or corporate videos

• Strong editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition

• Comfortable managing both creative direction and post-production workflows

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop

• Experience with Adobe Audition

• Good eye for colour
