Job Description

We're looking for a driven and tech-savvy professional to lead our digitalization initiatives and manage transformation projects that enhance business efficiency. If you have experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or business process automation - we want you on our team!

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Digitalization and Transformation:

  • To develop and implement digitalization strategies to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for digital improvement and innovation..
  • To manage and support digital transformation projects from conception through to implementation and post-implementation review.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend and integrate new solutions.

Software Support:

  • To assist in software selection, implementation, and integration to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide training sessions and create user guides for digital tools and software applications.
  • To ensure software solutions align with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with software vendors and third-party service providers for digital project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • While prior experience in a similar role within a digital transformation environment is preferred, we are also eager to consider fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in this career path.
  • Knowledge of business process automation, data analytics tools, and cloud solutions is preferred.

Experience:

  • Preferred 2-5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or business process automation.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing digitalization strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience in training users and developing user guides for new digital tools and applications.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail..
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
