Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Digitalization and Transformation:
- To develop and implement digitalization strategies to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for digital improvement and innovation..
- To manage and support digital transformation projects from conception through to implementation and post-implementation review.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend and integrate new solutions.
Software Support:
- To assist in software selection, implementation, and integration to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide training sessions and create user guides for digital tools and software applications.
- To ensure software solutions align with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with software vendors and third-party service providers for digital project execution.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- While prior experience in a similar role within a digital transformation environment is preferred, we are also eager to consider fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow in this career path.
- Knowledge of business process automation, data analytics tools, and cloud solutions is preferred.
Experience:
- Preferred 2-5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or business process automation.
- Hands-on experience in implementing digitalization strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity.
- Experience in training users and developing user guides for new digital tools and applications.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
