Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-rounded Digital Workplace Specialist to join our Digital Workplace Experience Team. You will serve as the primary link between business needs and technical solutions, driving continuous improvement across our core platforms.

As the driver of the continuous improvement loop, you will own each thread from initial sentiment gathering and data collection through to implementation and closure. You will proactively engage business users to translate their feedback into clear technical requirements, guiding these through development to the delivery of effective solutions, while maintaining a constant feedback cycle to refine the user experience.

Another key focus of this role is AI innovation. You will help identify practical AI use cases to address organisational concerns or challenges and must possess a relentless drive to stay current with the fast-evolving AI landscape.

The scope of responsibilities Includes the following:

Business Analysis & Strategic Engagement

End-to-End Ownership: Manage initiatives from initial discovery and sentiment gathering to solution delivery and project closure.

Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with business units to understand pain points and desired outcomes.

Requirement Translation: Translate complex business needs into clear, documented technical specifications and actionable user stories.

Metric Definition: Define and track metrics to measure the value and impact of implemented digital solutions.

AI Integration & Future-Readiness

AI Use Case Discovery: Identify opportunities within the company to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) to improve current scenarios. ● Solution Proposing: Research and propose innovative solutions and industry best practices to enhance the digital workplace.

Continuous Learning: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of evolving AI trends

to keep the organization at the forefront of technology.

User Experience & Feedback Management

Continuous Feedback Loop: Manage mechanisms such as surveys and focus groups to identify gaps in the digital employee experience.

UX Advocacy: Promote modern User Experience (UX) principles to ensure simple, effective user journeys across all digital devices.

Platform Adoption: Develop and execute strategies, including targeted communications and training materials, to increase user proficiency and adoption.

Required Skills and Experience

Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Business Analysis Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an IT Business Analyst role, with a track record of gathering complex requirements.

Technological Literacy: Strong understanding of technology products and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Google, Okta) and how they integrate within an enterprise environment.

AI Savviness and Future-Focused: Demonstrated enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity for staying current with Digital Workplace automation and AI/GenAI trends.

Communication Excellence: Excellent written and verbal skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences from technical teams to senior leadership. ● Autonomy and Ownership: Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of outcomes.

Effective Project Management: Proven ability to manage the execution of multiple initiatives, projects, and product increments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Adaptability: A meticulous, analytical fast learner committed to sharing knowledge and fostering a high-performing environment.
