Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and respond to escalated online safety incidents, ensuring timely intervention and harm reduction.
- Lead incident response efforts and crisis management for urgent safety cases.
- Develop and refine response strategies, policies, and frameworks to address violations and evolving digital risks.
- Partner with stakeholders, including government agencies, tech platforms, and industry leaders, to implement effective solutions and support affected users.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and online content moderation.
- Background in trust & safety, public policy, content regulation, or risk management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex online risks and craft mitigation strategies.
